In March 2009, Sumitomo Corporation Group became a signatory company of the UN Global Compact in support for its 10 universally accepted principles on human rights, labour standards, environment, and anti-corruption. In November 2009, Sumitomo Corporation Group further established the CSR Action Guidelines for Supply Chain Management in an effort to contribute to sustainable supply chains together with our suppliers and business partners.
